Fantasy Bruce Wayne Event Rules
Pieces must be Bruce Wayne-centric, with a focus on a Fantasy version of Bruce (Mermaid, Werewolf, Vampire, Knight, Samarai, Cyberpunk, Alchemist, Mage, Elf, Steampunk, Na’vi, ectect).
Elseworld versions of Bruce also count (Gotham By Gaslight, Barbarian, DKOS, Mage JLA, DTCTG) as long as you are applying the prompt(s) in the event, of your choosing, to them.
Pieces can be gen or have ship content, and we will accept any ships (yes, any) participants wish to use as long as they meet the below criteria.
This does mean if you are creating a NSFW piece, you must be above age 18 to participate in the event.
No underage sexual content, but any ships are welcome as long as the characters are above age 18. (Please adhere to Don't Like, Don't Read. Nobody is obligated to read or partake in any pieces submitted for this event outside of their own. This also means we will not tolerate anti-proship hatred in this event.)
Pieces must be new and created specifically for this event. Do not reuse older works for this (unless you are planning a brand new continuation for a previous work)
We will not allow AI generated content of any kind in this event.
For fics, they must be at least 300 word count. There is no upper limit. Fics must be posted to Ao3 and added to our collection. Please post a link and tag us here on Tumblr so we can reblog your fic! You can post the fic anywhere afterwards!
For art pieces, please do your best to create what you consider a polished sketch as a minimum requirement. Please, post and tag it here on Tumblr so we can repost it! Plus, if you want, you can add your work to our Ao3 collection. You are free to post your works on other platforms as well.
We do allow crossover material (LOTR, V:tM, Harry Potter, Avatar, ect) but please keep the work centered on Bruce Wayne / Batman from DC Comics.
The event will run for the entire month of November 2026! Every day will have a prompt from each broad Fantasy theme below to work within:
Creatures, Magic, Technology, and Free-For-All
This means each day will have multiple prompts to choose from. You can make however many pieces for any prompt/day that you want.
