Ooh I really like how your fatesona is a dark knight instead of the basic beast class. May I ask why Fulmine chose this class? Personality or deep back story? >:3c
A bit of both personality and deep backstory!
For some odd reason, they were born with an affinity for thunder magic. It was present in their fangs, in their claws, in their eyes… it buzzed around them unnaturally.
However, the Garou are not a magic-tolerant people. Their tribe’s resistance to it is weak, and magic is seen as a major threat to their kind in the specific area they lived. Fulmine was chased off, seen as a threat to their pack leader’s status and made an enemy of the Garou.
Now, that left QUITE the bad impression on our young magician- they shed their beast form, keeping their stone locked away and refusing to use it thanks to the memories that came with them. It was easier to hide Garou heritage in human form, as well, and they were planning on heading as far away from their homeland as possible.
How they ended up in Nohr, they don’t remember well, but they soon found themselves as a foot soldier in Nohrian ranks. When their heritage was discovered, they used it to intimidate their higherups into moving them up the rankings. They discovered magic was a possible path of practice and, ‘cool and charming’ as they were, worked their way into the woodworks of the Dark Knight class.
(What promoted them to head there rather than any other magic class was perhaps a bit of an admiration and respect for a Crown Prince of Nohr… Plus, the idea of swinging a sword around with innate Garou strength was just dang neat!)
