I've been collecting Guys to +10 him and, two days ago, I finally got the last one I needed with the IVs I also needed. I merged the +9 copy into him to correct the IVs and... forgot to unlock potential first.

BUT GUY WOULDN'T GIVE UP AT THIS MINOR SETBACK!

summary: guy gets jealous of matthew, so you confess to him!

"soo… you've been spending a lot of time with matthew recently"

guy pointed out, seemingly out of nowhere. it was all he said, as if he expected you to add something onto his statement. 

"i have" you confirmed his observation. "why? would you prefer to spend time with him instead?"

guy's cheeks turned red and he quickly shook his head at your teasing. 

"of course not! i was just wondering… do you… like him?"

his words caught you a little off guard, but your smile remained on your lips as you answered. 

"i do like him" you confirmed and paused for a moment, observing how disappointed guy seemed to get. "but i love you"

guy's head shot up and his eyes lit up as he stared at you. the red on his cheeks had only gotten more intense and he couldn't seem to believe what you had just said. 

"wait, you… you love me?"

"of course i do!" you smiled. "i wouldn't have said otherwise~"
