The words naturally fell off his lips, the thought barely crossing his mind before it was projected in any manner whatsoever. A glimpse of the samurai's back even if from a bit of a distance was enough to create a bit of curiosity, and once curiosity was born, action would soon follow.
The moon was high in the sky, and its being was surrounded by a series of dots that littered the sky. He hadn't expected to be out much and had even come out alone, not bothering to disturb Ace from his rest. At the very least, he prayed that some darkness of the night had hid his face from the other. Nevertheless, he raised his hands to cover what was normally masked, fanning out his fingers to at least allow him to see.
