When one fought, it wasn't so strange to find that clothes would be ruined. One could learn to clean, but by the end of the day, it was still good to also have more than just one set or two on hand. As much as he would love to just keep donning his heroic costume paired with his armor, Percy feared having to change his attire whenever he had to attend to a more formal event, and it didn't make sense to sleep with it on.
Still, Percy couldn't say he went clothes-shopping too often, not minding if someone gave him his threads instead. He found himself somewhat confused as he walked into the little shop in town. Nohrian clothes already seemed less than favorable to him what with how stiff they looked with their collars, but wandering into a Hoshidan clothes shop didn't help matters either. All the attire seemed so outlandish, and he just couldn't wrap his head around any of it.
Maybe he should have waited until he was in a Nohrian town where he'd at least be more familiar...
