I like to look at big yachts on a website called Superyacht Times. Check these photos out to get an idea of how big they really are.
This is an 85m (280 feet) build by a Dutch company called Feadship. This canal goes right through Rotterdam. They are moving it from the shed where it was built to another company that will do all of the interior design and electronics.
The largest yacht currently is 180 meters or 578 feet. That’s more than twice the length of the one pictured above. There are dozens of 130-160 meter boats.
457 super yachts were built in 2025.
There are over 11,000 yachts in use globally.
Estimated price on the one pictured is approximately $200,000,000 US
