Hey I have that gecko enclosure with the dinosaur skeleton in it, lose sand is fine for these guys c: they're predominantly aboreal but it's common practice to keep golden tails on sand they dig deep burrows to lay their eggs in the moist substrate when it comes round to breeding time.
