STEPPED SOFFIT CONCRETE STAIRS- A very “stylish” stepped soffit stair we are working on in Croydon. The stairs will run from Basement to first floors. No further finishes are to be added. There will be glass balustrades fixed to the sides and the ground floor landing will be toughened glass. Very stylish, curved flights on a project in Rutland. The stairs were a “design and build” the client had no drawings, only an idea of what he wanted. We can up with curved edged stair which flared out wider on the bottom 3-4 steps.
