We constructed these helical flights as part of the refurbishment on the “listed building” Felix hall, Kelveden. A design and build, constructed to suit the old buildings various “nooks and crannies” and out of square walls. STEPPED SOFFIT CONCRETE STAIRS- A very “stylish” stepped soffit stair we are working on in Croydon. The stairs will run from Basement to first floors. No further finishes are to be added. There will be glass balustrades fixed to the sides and the ground floor landing will be toughened glass. Nice example of a helical flight, with closed string, on a refurb project on a private estate in Rickmansworth. The stairs ran from ground to first floors, were 1400mm wide with the closed string 100mm.
