Sorry about the late reply!!! This was such a nice message that I wanted to give a response the full attention it deserved. I am unbelievably honored that my brain scribblings have shown up in someone else’s dreams!! Felt like no one really liked this AU that much, so. . . it really warms my heart.

Anywho, sorry for the poor photo quality but here’s my shot at explaining how Lance wound up where he is! Our boy has crushingly low self-esteem and when the vampires showed up to grab someone not only did he want to protect his family, he also considered himself the most expendable.
