So I started out being a pretty big guy at 6'0", 240 pounds. I just recently had an injury(it was a finger I'm okay don't worry, just a long healing process) that put me on workers comp for over 6 months, and holy hell have I blown up. I'm about 280 pounds, but I was a manual worker so I used to be muscular, it may sound like only 40 lbs, but I've definitely lost muscle and traded it for fat. I've basically been sitting on my ass and eating for the last 8 months. My feet hurt when I spend more than an hour standing up, my gut is sitting on my lap while I sit here on the couch and have Pizza Hut for the 3rd time this week. I'm top heavy so I have some big moobs coming in. I'm actually at the point in my career where I'm going to be switching to office work anyway, so this gain is probably going to stick, and maybe continue. This all happened without having someone take care of me, I can't imagine what a feeder would've done to me over this time. Turning from a big muscular bear to an even bigger, soft, blubbery bear has been quite the experience. Anyway, I was wondering what you would do if you had me for 8 months, still pulling in plenty of money for feeding, needing to help 'recuperate' me.
8 months of reduced activity and a reason not to move much where money is no object?
Sweet thing, I would absolutely blow you up 😏
Like, it would probably kinda scare both of us how quickly you'd fatten up
I'd definitely be tempted to lean into the nurturing recovery angle. Lots of hearty, homemade food to help you get your strength back. It's just a coincidence that such a rich and often creamy diet also has you outgrowing your pants every couple of weeks
And of course, keeping snacks on hand at all times while you're resting
You gained 40lbs on your own
I bet I could double that without even pushing you hard
And if you wanted to be pushed, well...let's just say you'd get a lot of practice emptying funnels 😈
