Watched a man on the bus struggling to open a jar of Extreme Beans for about 7 seconds before I reached out to indicate I could help. He handed the jar over, I flipped it over and tapped the bottom twice and then popped it open. He was so happy lol
He offered me some but I declined; I haven't washed my hands from work so I didn't want to contaminate his beans.
oh, also I ran 13.2 miles today. so that was cool.
Working ouuut!!!
This is why I can't put my arms down when I walk.
