Posting some things before the year closes out
1. Lack of discipline is hard to parce from executive disfunction. You should still probably try
2. You will need to keep a big bottle of water near you because it's healthy
3. Habits are hard to make and harder to break.
4. You need to make your own fun and cast your own magic. If you can, get pto for your birthday
5. Text the people you like often
6. Try cooking. Mac and cheese is a good thing to experiment with
7. Eat your fruits and veggies. Juice is a good start
8. Get dressed in the morning even on your days off so you don't spend your whole day on morning mode
9. Don't trust your opinions of yourself after 9 pm
10. If you feel sad, go to a gas station and get a snack and drink. The outing will clear your head and the snack will help if you're hungry
