i just want to feel like me again

well wat i mean storng healthy engery u know lol  like i beens o much pain on my neck its like i cant even do anything without later on my neck which i am thinking is jsut foreal soreness idkk but u know i work out alot but i have to learn not to burn myself out idkk i want to do yoga go on bike ride lift some weights eat omg EAT without careing have engery at the end of the day to play with my furbaby u know its hard i can i use to feel that way i drank alots of water i was feeling good i got to get back into it but if i do i got to try and let me neck get used to it idkkk right now i am going let it rest with a hot bath and a ice pack but i am going get back to feeling good again i promise
