To all of you this probably just looks like a burger... and while I'm a huge proponent of food posts just because I love food, this is not one of those posts. This picture is like a little piece of heaven to me. For those of you who don't know I can't eat meat. When I eat meat I get violently sick, I also learned more recently that I'm also allergic to cow dairy... so making a burger at home hasn't been the best experience. Enter from stage right the Impossible burger. You guys, you have no idea how freaking freeing and amazing it felt to make my own burger. It may seem silly to you but I LOVED making burgers when I could eat meat. I love the act of cooking as a whole, and honestly most vegetarian meat options are lacking in the "make it your own" category. So thank you to @impossible_foods for making this amazing product and helping me to feel a little more like a normal person. #vegetarian #veganish #ifeelnormal #feelingnormal #lovingthisfeeling #impossibleburger #impossibleproject (at Fountain Hill, Pennsylvania) https://www.instagram.com/p/B3IsARNl5FE/?igshid=y5byfd3pwyr7
