Got keys to the new house today.

I feel like an estate developer huhu. There's a lot of work to be done though, the previous owner had a taste for crappy gaudy wallpaper and smoking inside. At least a good months amount of work needed I'd say. That's a months amount of headache and stress as proj manager for me.
