I made these fairy lanterns and I love them so much! The technique is very easy and all you need are household items, glitter (if you want) and some colors. The blue on the outside of the dragon jars is watercolor on tissue paper. The fairy jar isn’t colored, I just used some white and pink glitter. I used gesso, acrylic paint or watercolor for the lids and sealed them with matt varnish. The lights are simple fairy lights from the dollar store (battery-operated). I created the snoweffect with glossy gel medium, artificial snow (the flakey stuff. It’s plastic, I think) and a hint of glitter. Wanna give it a try?
