I had decided To do specific exercises today at Sheldon Square amphitheatre in Paddington by the canal. There were some large steps and normal steps and I wanted to walk my body backwards up them as well as jumping up them. You will be able to see eight videos. And I’d like to know from you which of the videos do you think was the most difficult for me and exhausted my stamina the quickest? 1: It might look easy but it is more difficult then you can see lifting my body up each step as I walk backwards up eight steps. 2:-3: each of these steps or three normal step height or just above my knees. There are eight steps for me to jump up but they are too far apart from the 8th to be able to jump from one to another without stopping. In the second video you seem jumpAnd I walk at a couple of steps and then I jump again. In the third videoI jump then I tried to move a very short distance and make the jump again. 4: Every third step is about 4 feet deep. 5: jumping up three steps at a time it’s not so easy because the first jump I slipped back a step. On 8: I jump up steep steps 6: every third step backwards up the steps a slightly longer than the other two. 7: This is a longer video because I’m not only filming myself walking backwards up the steps but also back down the steps. Two girls walking up the steps ask me what I’m doing. I then I’m exercising. Coming down I try to miss a step with each hand. #plyometric, #parkour #plyometricstraining #jumping #parkour #feetexercise #flexibility #reversemonkeywalk #jumpupstepdown #stepjump #fitman (at Sheldon Square) https://www.instagram.com/p/CTaN2PqjfQZ/?utm_medium=tumblr
