Are you suffering from narcisstic personality disorder and how does it influence your trajectory as a pre med? Could you diagnose it?

Checked my phone between classes to find poor shroud-instance having some sort of episode in my inbox. I have literally pages of these.

Can someone check on them? They’re clearly unwell and I’m genuinely concerned. Pretty sure they blocked me after this tirade (and even if they didn’t, I’ll be blocking them).
