That’s a cool idea! I would definitely ask the owners first though… wouldn’t want to risk getting into trouble and you never know if the dogs have food allergies or eat a special diet. Hopefully their owners will be cooperative. :)
Oh, yeah of course. I never feed or pet dogs I don't know without owner permission (or permission from my supervisor at the shelter). There's a little corgi I give treats to sometimes, but I know her and the owners so I'm hoping to get that way with the other dogs in my neighborhood :3! The dog owners here are pretty nice though. I used to take my cocker spaniel trick-or-treating, and she'd wear a mini backback since most of the people who have dogs would give her treats lol.
