The night we wandered

The streets glowed in soft hues of rose and gold, and laughter echoed over the river’s hush. We weren’t lost, but we didn’t care to be found. In that warm city breath, where bridges carried our silence and the night pulled close, we wandered without a destination, only a feeling.

I love the contrast of the ink on the engraved design and the background marked by the cuts made by the gouges.
