𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘆 𝗸𝗶𝗱𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁:
You were always happy to hang out with Felix. He was a pleasure to be with and whenever the two of you were together, the mood would lift up immediately. He was your best friend, the person who knew every little secret you kept, the person you could always rely on and the person who you were unconditionally in love with, even if he didn't know a thing about your love for him . He was a busy person though. You haven't met up with him for a month since he was away for promotions. So when he finally came back, you called him the moment he landed, not being able to pick him up since you had classes on friday.
''Y/n, hi'' he said into the phone, you heard the smile on his face when the words left his mouth.
The feelings for your best friend grew even stronger the time he was away. You started missing him, his scent and his clothes that you borrowed often. You realised that life without Felix wouldn't be the same anymore, so it was the best for you to keep those feelings hidden, that way the fear of him not liking you back wouldn't be a problem.
''Hey lix, I was planning on buying christmas gifts tomorrow, wanna join?'' you said, also smiling since the last facetime call you two had was yesterday before the last concert. The only texts being exchanged were about the time he would land.
''Yes! I'm in'' he said ''I'm gonna go to the dorm to sleep until tomorrow though, because i'm absolutely exhausted. What time are we going?'' you heard him leave the car he was in, probably in front of their apartment building.
''Let's meet up at 4 in the park?'' you requested, getting up to get your coffee mumbling a small ''thank you'' to the barista before leaving the shop
''Yeah great, see you then" he chimed, hanging up the call.
You made your way home, a smile on your face because you would be seeing your favourite person tomorrow again. Opening your apartment door, you quickly started boiling water for noodles as you skipped to your room, opening the closet to choose something to wear, before realising it was only a hangout sesh with your best friend, no need to be so excited
right?

You got to the park right on time, settling on a bench as you waited for Felix. The snow and the christmas decorations around you lifting your mood even more. After a few minutes of looking around, your eyes made contact with the boy you were waiting for.
''Evening miss'' he joked and you quickly got up embrace him in a tight hug. His arms wrapped around you, squeezing you against him. ''i've missed you'' he mumbled.
''i've missed you too'' you whispered against his big jacket ''we need to catch up'' you said making him giggle in the cute way you always loved.
And that's how you two ended up in a packed corner coffee shop, gulping away hot caramel lattes and catching up about all the things you had missed.
''So i guess that's the moment Minho-hyung decided he would continue learning english'' he chuckled
''No way she actually said that'' you laughed, your belly aching from all the stories he didn't tell you.
''She did, you should've seen Chan hyungs face! It was priceless, i swear to god Y/n next time i'm taking you with us'' he laughed with you.
''I can't believe i missed that'' you chuckled, your gaze averting to the street. It was already dark outside. You two spend the last three hours shopping for christmas gifts before your legs couldn't keep up anymore, settling down at the nearest cafe.
''Wanna come over to my place?'' you asked, swallowing the remains of your latte as you threw it in the bin behind the table you were seated at.
''definitely, we can finally continue our movie marathon'' he suggested as we got up, his fingers sliding in the black gloves he bought overseas.
We stepped out of the cafe, the winter breeze hitting both of our cheeks as we started walking, making me adjust my scarf higher on my face, Felix chuckling at my adorable action.
He was in fact even more in love with you than you could ever imagine. He loved every single thing about you, even your flaws were perfect. To him, you were someone he should always cherish and love, like you were the most delicate thing in the world.
His hand went to yours, intertwining your hands with his to slide them into his warm pocket. Your eyes admired his face when he did that, making you look at him surprised. You two got to the park in front of your apartment complex. The huge trees decorated with christmas lights and the snowman next to the bench you two always sat on. Your eyes glowed because of the lights as you grabbed your phone, opening the camera app. You pushed him towards the beautifully decorated tree gesturing him to pose.
You snapped a few pictures before he walked back, taking the phone and snapping a picture of both of you. You smiled at him, before the cold took over your hands making you shiver.
Felix noticed, taking your hands in his, pulling off the gloves and putting them on yours, ignoring the protests you made as he pulled you closer. He looked into your eyes, full of adoration before he looked down to your covered lips. He brought his hand up to lower the scarf, his hands coming under your chin to lift it slightly. Your heart thumped in your chest when he got closer. His lips only inches away from yours.
''I think i really like you, Y/n'' he whispered, a slight cloud coming from his lips because of the cold. He looked even more beautiful like this, blond hair showing underneath the cap he was wearing.
You just stood there speechless. He just confessed to you.
Lee Felix, your crush just confessed to you.
Fuck it.
You crashed your lips on his, making him kiss you back immediately. His warm lips worked against yours, his hand going to the back of your neck as he pulled you closer by your waist with his other hand. The cold around you completely out of the picture, the only thing you could feel were the tingles in your stomach as he kissed you passionately, as if he was scared this was the last time.
After a good minute you finally pulled away, smiling ''Your lips feel soft'' he said making you giggle to which he laughed in return.
''i think i like you too, Lix'' you said grabbing his hand to hold ''still coming for the movie marathon?'' you asked smiling happily.
''Only if i get to make you hot chocolate'' he said squeezing my hand and pulling me towards the apartment.
