SIRENSSS...This was such a good show and a really interesting way to portray how society constantly villainizes women for the actions of men, and also for simply not being meek...
The first thing that irked me was how people, without any sort of proof whatsoever, assume and accuse Kiki of murdering Peter's ex-wife. Somehow, in the narrative they've made up, they've painted him as some sort of victim (even though HE cheated on HIS wife) and her (Kiki) as an evil woman...
Something else that really pissed me off was how the staff acted towards Simone, whose only crime was doing her job. They didn't even have any sort of respect for her, and their hatred for her is so illogical, they act like she's some sort of demon, but she's literally just a woman in a position somewhat above them...
I think i should do a part 2....
