With Jesus, it’s never too late...

“Even now,” says the Lord, “Turn and come to Me with all your heart [in genuine repentance], With fasting and weeping and mourning [until every barrier is removed and the broken fellowship is restored].” (AMP)

It is never too late to come to Jesus in repentance. No matter what we’ve done. We can feel so undeserving (and the enemy will help us with that self-blame thing). We can feel like there is NO WAY we could ever be good enough for God, who is Himself without sin, but God will NEVER turn ANYONE away. Jesus didn’t turn the thief on the cross next to Him away: “Today you will be with Me in Paradise...” (Luke 23:43) and there is NO REASON Jesus will not respond with equal love and forgiveness to ANYONE who turns to Him. When we truly repent with our whole hearts and come to God, broken fellowship with Him (through Jesus and the New Covenant) is RESTORED. The sin that separated us from closeness with God is WIPED CLEAN, once and for all time. 

Friend, if you need to hear that today, take that to your heart and hug it close to you. If you know someone else who needs to hear that, share it with them, because Jesus came to give you a life that overflows with blessings:

“The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance [to the full, till it overflows].” John 10:10 (AMP)

Jesus doesn’t want ANYONE missing out on His blessings for ONE MORE MOMENT! Amen!

Hebrews 10:25

“Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another- - and all the more as you see the Day approaching.”

We are all responsible for our brothers and sisters. And we should make sure that we are there for them. We have to look out for one another and grow together in relationship with God. Let’s have a fellowship with our fellow sheep.

Covenant.

God is really amazing! Thanking Him for His wonderful words to keep and live by. Just finished our 1-hour fellowship with God habit before we took our goodnight rests. Indeed, I am blessed for having a boyfriend who loves to serve the Lord. He is so passionate with regards to the ministry. And, he always reminds me of evry thing that I must do to be spiritually involve and keep my faith to the Lord. It’s been 4 years of covenant with God and we’d love to do this over and over again.

Just like my quiet time & devotion tonight, I wanted to be like King Josiah who focused his attention on other things that troubles his spiritually sensitive heart.

Making Time

"As Jesus and the disciples continued on their way to Jerusalem, they came to a certain village where a woman named Martha welcomed him into her home. Her sister, Mary, sat at the Lord’s feet, listening to what he taught. But Martha was distracted by the big dinner she was preparing. She came to Jesus and said, “Lord, doesn’t it seem unfair to you that my sister just sits here while I do all the work? Tell her to come and help me.” But the Lord said to her, “My dear Martha, you are worried and upset over all these details! There is only one thing worth being concerned about. Mary has discovered it, and it will not be taken away from her.” -Luke 10:38-42 Being in the ministry is exiting! You serve. You move. You think. You get things done and it's fulfilling when everything's in place. The chairs are clean and nicely arranged. The curtains have been set. The lineup for worship were practiced. Everything is fine. But don't let the _busyness_ for working in the kingdom of God makes your time _with_ the King less. *Fellowship with God*-- that's what Martha missed. If you have been being cold with God these days, why don't you check how much you spare time with Him, in private and in working hours?
