So I've been completely inactive for the past few weeks for various reasons and I will begin posting again very soon, BUT right now I just want to share this project I've been working on for the past few weeks. Felt hairclips!!! Breakfast themed. Part of my belated Christmas presents to my partner’s siblings. I’m getting a lot more accurate and secure with my blanket stitches and even tried a couple French knots (hooogh). I stuffed them a little bit using my felt and embroidery thread scraps so I’m not wasting material.

Okay!  It’s done!  Just in time, too, because we’re leaving for the birthday party in an hour.  An Al the Octopus that is a perfect size for two-year-old hands.
