Human bill cipher has one eyes as in one eye socket is empty

He doesn't bother to cover it nor make it more pleasant looking by putting a fake eye. His empty eye is always open as much as it could be in a normal state

If he does put something inside its probably a fully crystal clear thing, so that you could still see the inside of the eye socket

Also, if he has more magic, he probably can switch which socket has the eye, kinda like gray sisters from Greek Mythology

He finds it extremely funny to mess with people by saying that his eyes are okay, what are you talking about, of course he has his left eye and you hallucinated it being his right eye
