(based on newest post) honestly wanna see how bryce handles the divorce with ex goon husband ngl

We've seen how bruce handled ex wife and ex husband's divorce, it made me think on how bryce would handle it

She was happy at first, finally being free from her stalker, but as time progressed she became more and more depressed without him.

Ex goon ex husband was a stalker, there is no questioning about that, the man bordered on yandere with his obsession and actions, but you could tell he loved her.

I’m not talking about her Bry Wayne persona, where she acts like a flirty, bubbly, almost bimbo (think Elle Woods from legally blonde) who could do no wrong.

I’m not talking about Batwoman, who would stalk the night delivery vengeance on the behalf of those who suffer in Gotham.

No. He loved Bryce Martha Wayne, the flawed woman who was his dream and nightmare, his sun and moon, goddess and devil.

She begins to miss how his eyes were always on her, soft and adoring as if she made his world.

She begins to miss all the romantic gestures that he would do, like bringing her flowers, some food or a gift to her whenever he thought about her. (Which was a lot)

She misses how when she was on bedrest, while her world was falling apart all around her, he would wrap his arms around her and hold the broken pieces together for her, reassuring her that he will be there to help pick up her pieces.

She misses how he would always keep his promises to her…

She then misses his odd quirks, like how he would rub his index finger against his thumb when he was nervous, or how after a long night of patrol he’d lay on the floor and zone out, claiming it was his “floor time”. (She misses how the kids adopted his habit and would all lay on the floor around him, sometimes taking naps.)

After the divorce she realizes something that each of her iterations realize: they’re lonely. She’s so lonely without him, yeah Alfreda is a good adult companion but she can’t be there for Bruce all the time, not like how ex goon was.

She feels so lonely now not seeing his face first thing in the morning as she leaves her room, or how his chair is empty next to hers.

I think the loneliness is what makes her spiral into her yandereness.

Especially when she sees he’s not lonely without her, how can he be when so many people are trying to make him fall in love with them?

Ex Goon Ex Husband Reader is a vigilante and the co creator of the Goonion. Here are my thoughts and a bit of rambling and its all disjointed, sorry in advance

He became a vigilante a year after Dick became robin

At first he didn't want to get involved. It was Bryce's thing, it was what she was passionate about, saving people and solving mysteries

However, after a case where Bryce needed ex goon, he realized that if he became a vigilante he could spend more time with her and Dick. He could get to know them and bond better, so he decided to become the vigilante known as "The Hound".

He got coined the Hound because he is able to track down anyone like a blood hound, he follows Batwoman around like a lost puppy and -- for the most part -- isn't as violent as Batwoman, even being known to make jokes and talk to the goons of Gotham

Due to ex goon being, well, an ex goon, he knows the best hiding spots for the gangs and mafias of Gotham, he knows how they communicate with each other as well as which cop is being paid and which one isn't

While he is head over heels for Bryce, the man has his loyalties, especially to his old gooning buddies who are still in the trade

He will not let Bryce know his connections due to still being friends with them, but he never gives her a bad tip which is appreciated at least

During his early years as a goon, he got first hand expierence at how strong and rough Bryce is with criminals, so when he became a vigilante he silently syphoned money away and with his goon buddies, created the first goon union ever, with it being called the Goonion of Gotham (Bryce chewed him out for that)

Due to making the Goonion, gooning becomes a legit job. Like, goons in the industry of villainy have benefits like medical and dental, hell they even get childcare!!(Ex Goon became a godfather and was worried about who was watching his goddaughter)

Ex goon is very friendly with the JL. He really enjoys being around them, finding comfort in thier antics

Since he is a vigilante, he oftentimes works with them, developing a good relationship with them in and out of his suit

I think ex goon would enjoy spending time with the more touchy JL members. Man is touch starved and being able to hug people he actually cares about relaxes him.

Ex goon loves it when his kids are being silly around him or try to make him cringe, because he matches their energy

For example, he calls Stephen (male Stephanie) Mr. Son because for some reason Stephen started calling ex goond Mr. Daddy (Stephen def would watch amazing world of gumball (thank my mutual for pointing that out to me) and thought it would be funny to mess with Ex goon and make him cringe)

it backfired though, with ex goon out cringing his son "Come here my sweet, little, angel, baby boy and give your old man a big ol' hug and a kiss!!" ex goon would say dramatically while opening his arms and making dramatic kissy faces to Stephan, causing the blonde boy to run. Ex Goon always gives chase when Stephen runs, usually catching him and giving him a bone crushing hug and kissing Stephen's head, calling Stephen "goldilocks" or "my blond boy" while spinning him around. (Timothea (or Thea for short)(Fem Tim btw, still working on the names though) is in the corner, recording the goofy interaction as possible blackmail, until shes spotted by ex goon and chased herself)

I think Ex goon oftentimes just picks his kids up when he hugs them.

Ex goon learned how to skateboard to hangout with Thea, however the first time he tries to do a trick, he ends up spraining his ankle

He use to be a drummer in a band (dad lore)

He met some of the rogues before they became rogues (dad lore)

Now ex goon may seem like a lenient vigilante and for the most part he is. Due to him being in their same situation not too long ago and can sympathized. However, the gothamite criminals fear him, especially those who dared to dawned the look of a certain clown prince.

While the other exs heard about the loss of their beloved cardinal, ex goon witnessed it and nearly died from it. He made it to the warehouse in time, but due to it being locked, he couldn't get in. He remember slamming his body against the door, trying desperately to save his little duchess. He was about to break a window he found when the warehouse exploded, engulfing his world in ash and flames.

Ex Goon was in a coma for a while after that, with burn scars on his chest and arms as well as injuries from the flying debree. I think he gets his skin graphed and the scars professional "fixed" (he refuses to get rid of one of the scars on his hand, wanting a physical reminder of who he lost)

Thanks to the JL and Bryce's fortune, he was able to heal a lot easier

He had to relearn how to walk after he finally woke up though, the first thing he did when he was able to walk though? He visited Jasmine's grave.

"... I'm sorry for being late..."

is the only thing he says as he stares at the cold stone with his daughter's name engraved on it.

I said this in other posts, but ex goon is the most emotional of all the ex's. During this time he couldn't stop crying, even though he'd try in vain. He might've survived the explosion, but the problems he had afterwords made him wonder if it was worth surviving

Did y'all know there is this condition called Takotsubo cardiomyopathy, also known as Broken heart syndrome? It's a heart condition that, temporarily, weakens the heart's pumping function and it is triggered by emotional or physical stress.

I think ex goon developed this condition during this time, during his time healing and being trapped in a bed in the manor, unable to do anything except think about how he failed to save his little duchess. Failed to save his world.

After he gets better though, being able to move and run, he begins to hunt. he wants that green haired bitches head. He wants her head on a pike so that he can parade it through Gotham as a warning to every criminal and rogue to never touch his kids. He wants to rip her tongue out so that he never has to hear her shrill cackle or how Jasmine acted in her final moments. He wants a life for a life.

He gets the help from his old buddies to track down the Joker. He doesn't tell Bryce or anyone what his plans are (except his best friend who bought the plane ticket for him)

I think Ex Goon almost killed the Joker, I genuinely do, however due to the joker having insane plot armour and Bryce's stupid moral code, he couldn't get the final blow in. That was the first ever big fight the two had. The first of 3 major fights that caused the divorce.

"Dont. Don't you dare lecture me on being a hero Bryce, especially when you're no fucking hero!"

Bryce tries to speak, but ex goon just cuts her off

"How many kids do we have to bury before its too far, Bryce?? How many huh?? One isn't enough for you?!? How many parents have lose their children for you to act?? Or do the kids have to lose their parents like yo-!!"

Ex goon couldn't finish his sentence, Bryce made sure of it. As his fingers touched his cheek, feeling the burning skin where she slapped him, all they could hear of the sound of their breathing. They started at each other, one shocked at the other's words and the other shocked by the other's actions.

"... I wish you let me die Bryce."
