Hi I’m Chuest, I’m 24 and I’m trying out a new hobby, aka writing fanfics, drabbles, and blurbs here and there

I’m kinda new to all this so I’ll probably update this as this blog goes on

Please feel free to send in asks, I’d love to hear your thoughts and criticisms on my writing, I’m hoping to get better

What I do and what I’m okay with

I write gender neutral Readers primarily. Every reader is gender neutral unless I state specifically otherwise.

I write primarily fluff and angst, I do explore more mature topics like substance abuse, depression, parental death, etc. I do NOT write smut.

I’m okay with y’all using my aus and drawing art of my work, just please @ me and give credit.

The bat family is tracking down a large theft and smuggling ring. They have managed to deduce that the thieves are aiming to steal [insert item] at [location] that weekend. The bats have coordinated with law enforcement to apprehend the ring.

Daylight thief steals it Friday afternoon.

I like to imagine Daylight Thief Reader does this to groups that they personally don't like.

Maybe you worked with them in the past and didn't like how they handled the artifacts, maybe they said something that pissed you off, hell, maybe they just chew loudly; whatever it is, they made you mad and you want to ruin their day.

Nothing ruins a thief's day more than another thief stealing their score.

The Bats hate it too! They had everything planned, hell, Bruce even went undercover to get more information! When the news reported that the artifact was stolen, I like to imagine that there was tables flipped.

I also like to imagine that it was a painting that was stolen and there is a video where daylight thief reader was dressed as a statue (that no one knew they stole before hand just to accomplish this heist) jumping down from their podium and casually taking the painting off the wall and using a security key card they also stole to get out of the museum without setting off the alarms.

Duke was so impressed that his sneaky thief was able to do all of that; while simultaneously worrying about you gaining enemies in the thief world. ;-; What if they hurt you? he wouldn't let that happen

Had a cat that likes grocery bags so I warn you that there's a chance the cat will gnaw through one of those donut boxes that has a transparent plastic thing

Thank you for the warning! I don't leave anything plastic around him, due to him going through a chewing and biting phase, but I didn't even think about the plastic on a donut box! Thank you for the tip.

I'm trying to get him interested in those sticks that cats can chew on, silvervine I think is what they are called, but he doesn't seem that interested in them :[ Will be looking into other things he can chew on.

In other news, I'm learning how to properly clip his nails. Last night, he got the zoomies and accidentally scratched me pretty good. I know he doesn't mean to hurt me, but damn does his nails hurt! I've gotten him somewhat desensitized to me touching his front paws, but he absolutely HATES it when someone touches his back paws. Wish me luck.
