Time to take a look at our Heartslabyul first years: Ace and Deuce! A dynamic duo with a wild magic sorcerer (and rogue) and war cleric (and fighter) that can't stop bickering in the beginning, but later have each other's back (at least if Ace's magic isn't acting up or if Deuce doesn't accidentally miss an enemy and hit an ally)
For these two, I also had multiple option of hair (and even horns for Ace!) so please let me know which options you guys like the most (or if I should make a poll later to make it easier to decide)

I do admit that the quality of the image might not be the best but I took the screenshot in haste.... Oopsy :)
Next are the close ups and hair/horn options and that qualty is much better!
Ace's hair is so swoopy and pretty but a one-on-one match was hard, so these variations it is! I also wasn't sure what for horns he'd have, I really like all of these but maybe you guys have good feedback :D
Now time for fem!Ace, where I even made a variation in skin colour (I did some searching and it's not normally as divided as in bg3 I think?)

Here's a close up of her face, if it wasn't obvious before: the red marking is of course a reference to the suit of Heartslabyul students (I varied the markings for everyone because 1. there's only one of each now, not a whole dorm so a system isn't needed and 2. I might have some idea what I want it to mean in the general story... ;) )

Now some close ups and hair options, I know some may look ridiculous but you gotta remember: he does have neat side swept bangs...
he also has scars of course as a reminder of his troubled past, and his marking is under his right eye!
Fem!Deuce is also as strong and intimidating (I also had another weapon option as you can see, the hammer is part of the Olympian weapons, the axe is part of the treasure trove I believe?)

Here's a close up of her face, I used different scars as another option. Some might find the make-up gendered but I see this as battle paint more, if liked I can add it to masc!Deuce too!

KALIM AL-ASIM...THE DORM LEADER OF SCARABIA
She loves it when you compliment her! It's actually some of the main reasons she likes you! But of course, with every compliment you throw at her she makes sure to give you a compliment in return.
It kinda turns into a small competition on who ever can dish out more compliments. You two practically look like a couple with the sweet and sugary words you say to eachother. Most of them being past the point of anyone thinking that maybe you two are somehow just friends.
Jamil is absolutely done with you and Kalim. She doesn't want to hear another compliment come out of either of your mouths lest she goes insane. It's already bad enough that Kalim keeps talking to her about you. It's always about how great you looked today, how your hair is perfect, how you're oh so nice. She doesn't want to hear it but just bears with the hellish hours of your mountain of compliments to Kalim and vice versa.
You two don't even know if you're official yet. Kalim just thinks you're being nice! Everyone around y'all think otherwise...specifically Jamil. The reason you two became official was because of some pomefiore student asking if you're dating.
Kalim was embarrassed, not expecting a question like that. Even if her heart ached a bit when she said you two were just friends. The pomefiore student was disappointed at Kalim's response and was about to leave when you grabbed Kalim's face and kissed her. When you pulled away Kalim's cheeks were a beautiful pink, did..you just kiss her..? Does this mean you're dating..? When you confirmed that, you do in fact like her back and want to date her she pulled you in for a another kiss. It's your turn to be flustered now...
DEUCE SPADE...THE QUEEN'S CARD SOILDER
Deuce works hard so your compliments make her feel happy and fulfilled. Like she's doing a really great job! Even when she got scolded by Riddle... Not only that, your compliments make her feel fuzzy, all thinking capacity into mush. Just her staring at the wall thinking about what you said with a red face.
Because of this Deuce makes sure to work hard and follow the rules so she earns more compliments from you. While she does make mistakes she still wants to hear your praise. Riddle is quite pleased with Deuce's development, she gifts you some baked goods for compensation. The good being made by Trey with the help of her baking assistant, Deuce!
With all your compliments Deuce wants to give you her own little compliment. To pay you back of course! No other motives! Other than getting you to maybe like her back So the next time you compliment her she says one back! Albeit a bit nervously with some stutters in her speech and a red face. But she's trying her best here!
After a few weeks time it was the release of her results for the final term. She rushed over to the campus bulletin board and scanned the page for her name, he face immediately lighting up when she sees it even more so when she realized that she made it into the top 50! All thanks to you helping her study.
Deuce decides to pay you back by making you sweets again, this time without Trey's help. The sweets turned out relatively fine, it's not the best but it's made with love and care! When Deuce finally finds you in the library she leads you away into the back of the library. Giving you her gift with a sheepish smile, apologizing for the quality of the sweets. You put one of the cookies in her mouth to get her to stop with the apology. Saying it's fine, and you wanted her to taste her wonderful creation!
Deuce took a bite from the cookie in her mouth, her expression lighting up at the taste. Trey's advice really was helpful! But Deuce's eyes widened when you gave her a kiss on the lips. the cookie still on her mouth, when you pulled away you licked your lips. It really does taste good. Deuce feels like her soul ascended.
ACE TRAPPOLA...THE TROUBLEMAKER
Her ego just got inflated even more now thanks to you. Of course you would, she's amazing right? Anyone in the room could tell that Ace is sucking up your attention like a sponge. You compliments make her high on happiness for hours on end, she would even daydream about it when she's supposed to be busy studying or painting the roses.
Yes, she does slack off in general but daydreaming is not often. Instead of sleeping in class she thinks about you instead. Your face, your voice, your words, just...anything about you. Riddle is done with her daydreaming, she's slacking off more than usual too. So since both of you are in the same dorm Riddle assigns both you and Ace together in chores, studying and any other duties Ace has to do.
Riddle trusts you to be responsible and do what you were assigned to do with Ace, and no exceptions! Ace is a bit irked that she can't slack off as much as she wants to but she's somewhat happy you're here with her...
You and Ace do everything together now, even outside of duties. Ace is happy that she gets to hear your compliments more often, if you listen closely you might hear her say one back~ Everything was perfect up until she saw competition. Another heartslabyul student, flirting with you. Ace was fuming on the inside, approaching you and her rival. She pushes the other girl off of you, holding you by the waist and proudly proclaiming that you two are together.
Her rival quickly backs off and disappears around the hall. Once she was out of sight Ace continued to hold you by the waist and lead you into the heartslabyul mirror, you were confused. Why wasn't she letting you go yet? C'mon she's your girlfriend now~ And you can't say no~ With that type of confidence, can you really object?
