what i need in my life is a knight! that's you!!

a long while ago i had a half-dream about hakuri being a princess in a Cinderella/Rapunzel-type situation. after showing no talent for magic, her hair was cut and her dresses replaced with poor boy's clothes, and she was locked away in a tower. after a while her father gave her a task: to feed the frost dragon kept underneath the castle. the dragon makes a deal with her to escape together, but after being freed, it attempts to destroy the castle and is killed by guards; a sad hakuri still escapes in the chaos. eventually she meets up with the "knight" chihiro, who has his own agenda to collect the magic blades his late father forged, including the one kept at the castle. etc etc i didnt get much farther with the idea but you understand

i dont actually like drawing swords or especially armor but the idea is still vivid in my mind
