21/12/2020 Hi everyone! It’s been a looong time since my last post. I’m currently working on my webshop in smart bottles. I miss posting my productivity days like I used to do in university. It motivated me so much! If you’ve been following me for a while, you know I hit those 100 productivity days per semester more than once! I used to be so proud of it. #100daysofproductivity
It would help if you began first by rejecting what you see in the external world. Hold what you want in your mind with conviction. Start believing that what you hold in your mind is more accurate than what you see externally. I am not saying to be delusional and to forget all your problems. Instead notice how what your experiencing is a collection of your old thoughts, emotions, habits, karma and ancestry. Who you choose to be now is going to have a significant impact on what you'll experience later. If you're working out in the gym and you're sculpting a new body. You have to believe that you'll get that body according to your YOUR LAWS (body type, etc.). Most people never make it. Do you know why? Mainly because they are fighting against there personality. In other words, they are fighting their conditioning. We start things and never finish them. We get addicted to what's comfortable rather than doing what's hard. We make excuses, hold doubts which ultimately sets us up for failure. Not only do you have to reject what's happening externally. You also need to deny what's happening internally too and begin shifting into you 2.0. Edinburgh Festivals Diary - Day 11
INCREDIBLY WET flyering today! Proper downpour. The lovely Steve rescued us with a cuppa brew from Mimi's Bakehouse and it was more than appreciated as we huddled into the dry!! We dryed off as much as we could while treating ourselves to a well-deserved lunch at Paradise Palms - the perfect escape from the dreich weather outside... but then back out into the storm to flyer for The Professor. Proper soaked!! I got to dry off in a beautiful talk at the Book Festival: Feminist Fantasy with Deirdre Sullivan & Maria Turtschaninoff... and of course I just had to buy the books too!! Next stop, The Assembly Rooms to see La Galerie. This artful array of physical theatre was fantastic! The story was charming, funny, and the talent of the performers was awe-inspiring. An amazing show all round! A quick dinner and then we were off to the Powder Room to see Mess by Kirsten Vangsness, which was beautifully brilliant. Glimpsing into her messy mind was akin to looking in the mirror, and I connected really strongly with this piece. The voices in my head were made physical as she wove out the tale of her monsters. It was eerie, energetic, and meaningful in the humour. We managed to snap a quick selfie with Kirsten afterwards, and she was so so lovely. I have huge respect for artists who will hang out in the rain just to meet their fans. A very rainy day, but also completely beautiful.
