Ok serious question:

Since Fenarel is a name used in the Dragon Age canon (clan Sabrae to be specific) I wonder what the equivalent of that would be with Mythal? Because I have a Surana named Fenarel and I want to give him a sister whose name comes from Mythal. Any suggestions guys?

some pre-dalish origin headcanons to soothe the soul:

tamlen talks about being in trouble with keeper marethari and hopes what he and aelwyn discover in the ruins will soothe things between them... what happened was tamlen aelwyn and fenarel tried to bait and trap a bear, as a contest of their hunting skill. it did not end well. tamlen took the blame

the og squad was fenarel, tamlen and aelwyn. merrill joined the clan a bit later after an arlathvhen. merill was always a little excluded as the keeper’s first but aelwyn made a lot of effort to befriend/spend time with her and as a result they were really close

tamlen/fenarel liked making fun of the girls but were also kind of scared of them

they’re scared of them because a baby merrill made tamlen eat worms once
