Oh no. Feng (and by extension Jack) is a witch by Bloodline.
Meaning one of his ancestors consumed so much dragon that magical power is basically a fifth nucleotide in his bloodline's DNA.
Now for a little special treat for today, some character onions I use as reference for how I characterize Feng Spicer and Future Omi.
If you haven't used a character onion before, the pattern is that the character in the center is the core character, or the main blueprint for who they are. The inner circle is the characters that they have the strongest associations with the character, usually they have very strong parallels in personality or themes. And the outermost circle is characters who also hold significant analytical value, but can range anywhere from vibes to sharing a few notable aspects with the character.

Who all has figured out that Wuya and Jack are related? Have even Wuya and Jack themselves?
By the time of the future, Jack and Wuya became aware. As is Feng. The similarities between their kinds of magic are just too great to ignore.
In the present day/the past, no. None of them have any inkling. Jack isn't even aware he has any magic to speak of, and Wuya would shudder to even consider the idea that she and Jack share a single genome.
