fierce corpse jack spicer was killed by accident by Wuya early in s3 during one of the times she playfully attacks him and beats him up. she feels bad about it (if she's gonna kill jack, she wants to do it intentionally, not by accident!) and so uses what limited power she still has access to in order to resurrect him as a kind of sentient zombie

so jack is back. he's strong now, on level with the monks. he doesn't feel pain anymore and he's hard to damage. if he's pissed off, he only gets stronger, literally powered by his own rage and resentment. he can fight.

that's about the only upside.

jack is undead. he can't eat. can't sleep. he can't feel warmth or cold. there's this deep aching hunger inside him that he doesn't know how to fix, but it gets stronger whenever he sees living people. wuya keeps insisting that this was all an upgrade, that jack's better this way, but she can also literally enslave him with a snap of her fingers now and keeps doing that whenever he annoys her or does something she thinks is boring or pointless. jack's parents won't believe that he's still himself, they held a funeral for him and they keep hiring exorcists to "put him to rest" so he can't even live in his own home anymore and can't work on his robots and inventions

the monks were all horrified when they saw him, they seemed sorry that he got killed, but they all also insist that jack should be sent to the afterlife, that him staying here as an undead boy genius is somehow wrong and an abomination and none of them give a damn about what jack wants! he may be dead but he's not gone! he wants to exist! he wants to stay! he wants his home back! he wants vengeance!

one of the worst moments was when jack realised its not only wuya who can use necromancy to turn him into a puppet. apparently it's a common skill among heylin warriors, and chase young is quite happy to literally use jack as an extra weapon in his schemes. jack wants to destroy him

and one day, when jack finds some way to defend himself from necromancy, he will. he already has so many plans...

I remember when we created a fake date birthday for Jack precisely around this time so that he would be a Leo and it would coincide with Children's Day in my country. I want to celebrate it properly, but it coincides with other festivities.

The closest thing is to celebrate it on Halloween, where I plan to celebrate my second anniversary

The third and final option is to celebrate with my own birthday (I was born on Christmas). 😆.

I don't know what they think, at least Jack has a Christmas special on XC so I know he's interested in the topic

I know many people use the series premiere date...but I think that date applies to all the characters, not just Jack Spicer. And no, I'm not going to throw him a party just because of a fanfic.
