Redesigns of Aleta and Alanna from the game Fer.al!
For Aleta, I wanted to better portray a young adult who's an avid traveler with an outgoing, energetic, social demeanor while staying true to species and culture.
Kobolds are stubborn, proud traditionalists with a strong culture surrounding war and craftsmanship, so I kept partial armor but changed her chestplate to a hoodie to show that she gravitates towards City Fera's modernized culture a little more than her clan-dwelling kin in Lakeroot AND give her something cozy and practical- better fit for an active tourist.
As for the hair an edgy side bang with a red streak for a youthful appearance and to balance out the tail.
Alanna
Seraphim have a tendency to flaunt wealth -intentional or not- and are revered for their fashion sense as well as their gravitation towards trends and niches. With near-indistinguishable silhouettes and relatively bland clothes next to Sparks (and the knowledge they were once sparks) it was a little 'tell don't show'
For a journalist I wanted something of a suit dress/trench coat with her original ornate flare. A star necklace to match and since she's one of few without wings, a quill pen and halo to tease at the species' angelic inspiration.
Her design was heavily inspired by @fer-signs!
Afterthought: should give Aleta binoculars; we'll say they're in her bag this time..
