Sure they are pretty, and make you look like an “in the know” foodie, but what the what do you do with them? Let me just tell you... 💁🏼♀️ these delightful little jewels are the utter essence of lemon and with a saltiness that comes from their fermented dry brine; they are like a salty olive on steroids! They pack a load of punches and add brightness to any salad or any dish you’d use that fresh zip of lemon zest! (Cocktails anyone??🍸) 🍋 Tonight I tossed them into my broccoli and brussle sprouts brown rice and let me tell you, it was dazzling!
