Ingredients: 1 pre-made focaccia dough. 6-8 zucchini flowers. 100g green beans, trimmed. 1 small red onion, thinly sliced. Handful of Greek basil leaves. Handful of fresh mint leaves. Olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F 200C. Roll out the focaccia dough into a thin layer and place it onto a baking sheet. Arrange the zucchini flowers, green beans, red onion slices, Greek basil leaves, and mint leaves on top of the dough. Drizzle olive oil over the tart and season with salt and pepper. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the toppings are cooked through. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Slice and enjoy!
