Tips for improving vocabulary and being a good conversationalist?
I dislike that I'm so shy and find it difficult to speak with others, especially if it's about topics I'm not to familiar with.
Thank you 😊
Becoming A Better Conversationalist!
Why do I get this way? Are you shy because you're scared of being judged? Is it because you may be insecure? What is the main problem(s) for being shy when speaking with others? Journal and take time to fully understand your thoughts and feelings. I know journaling sounds cliche, but it truly will help. Once you discover the problem(s) then try to work on it.
2. Everyone is to focused on THEMSELVES! You being afraid of being judged is probably happening to another person in the room too. Nobody cares about that small little mistake you made. Sure, they may think about it for 5 or 10 seconds. After that it’s back to themselves.
3. Understand life is about LEARNING! You had to learn your first steps, first words, your personal style, etc. It is perfectly fine if you don’t know anything about a certain topic. Instead of feeling embarrassed or shy take it as an opportunity to learn about it. Ask the person about it, I’m sure they would love to explain it.
4. Asking questions that the person is passionate about! If you like a certain topic a lot ask them about it. People who are passionate about a topic LOVE to talk about it. I have never met one person who is passionate about a topic and doesn’t start ranting away. This is one of the easiest way to have a conversation.
5. Matching other’s energy! I’m not saying to completely change yourself. On the other hand, matching a little of someone’s energy is helpful to know. Read and observe whoever and then match their energy. Humans LOVE others like them. It also helps the person become a lot more comfortable around you. Leading, to you and the person becoming closer.
I honestly could give more tips and advice so let me know if you guys want a part two 🤭
As for improving and expanding vocabulary, I will post a separate blog for that!

The Champions and Sam Alexander VS The Freelancers and Kaldera
The Champions are on a stealth mission as they are supposed to stop the Freelancers from robbing the top secret military base. The Champions are hiding in the bushes as they are under the guidance from Viv Vision, they watch the Freelancers get past through the soldiers. Suddenly, the shots are fired at the base when it turns out that Kaldera the alien had disrupted it by shooting madly despite Sam’s protests. Just as Might of the Freelancers throws a broken door at the spaceship, Sam Alexander forcibly eject themselves from the seats. The remaining Champions had to take action as the situation had changed. Snowguard has to save Sam Alexander from falling to the ground while Dust, Red Locust and Victor Alvarez have to hold the Freelancers and Kaldera off. With the help of Snowguard, Sam Alexander manages to locate his Nova helmet and he becomes Nova again. Meanwhile, Might of Freelancers and Victor Alvarez of Champions fight Kaldera but they find themselves too evenly-matched until Sam arrives to kick Kaldera’s ass. With his powers as Nova returned, Sam Alexander confronted Kaldera, but decided to cut their fight short by trapping her in a force field, expressing that securing her was more important than either her honor or his pride since she was a murderer. Scott Adsit and the Nova Corps arrived shortly afterwards, and detained her. Adsit attempted to take to Sam's helmet again, but Sam stood his ground, forcing Adsit to leave with his hands empty.
