New year, new goals!
On a positive note to start the day, when I was about to go into labor, I weighed 180lbs; yesterday, I weighed in at 155lbs. In just three weeks of breastfeeding after giving birth to Brielle, I have miraculously lost 25lbs! And while I cannot wait to get her settled into her routine so I can get back into the gym and lift regularly again, and rejoin my dance fitness classes, for now, home workouts are an absolute Godsend while she's napping to help me maintain my sanity lol. Whoever says you can't get into shape without a gym membership is a liar. And when she gets older, I plan on encouraging her to be active and work out with me, even if it's just a dance party in the living room. It only reinforces that this is what I'm passionate about, that I want to keep getting as many certifications as I can to help other people find the same joy, confidence, and self-love that I've found. Healthy = happy :)
I plan on having my fitness business absolutely thriving by or before I’m 30 years old. Bet.
