In a CTD operation in Lahore, three 'terrorists' have been assassinated
The Punjab counter-terrorism department in Lahore killed three suspected terrorists in an intelligence operation on Sunday morning.
The guys came from Afghanistan and slept in a leased residence in Ferozewala, according to a Department spokeswoman.
“They intended on attacking intelligence services, law enforcement agencies and important religious personalities.”
The defendant was a member of a prohibited terrorist organisation. “On Sunday, when the CTD attacked the house, they opened fire at us. The men had been killed with a ransom fire,” the statement said.
Suicide vests and two hand grenades were confiscated by police. At CTD Lahore Police Station, a case was lodged against them.
