Ellery Studio has painted the world's first solarpunk mural in a very iconic place: on a wall in Berlin's Ferropolis festival.

Ferropolis is held on a small "island" where giant, hulking cranes and other industrial machinery remain like ghostly husks of the old idea of how the world should be used and built by humans.

To see this hopeful and beautiful mural left on these otherwise dystopian grounds is a truly iconic contrast and solarpunks should all treasure this moment where our movement is beginning to be marked upon the industry-corporate-capitalist world which has been damaged so severely.
