Watch this short exercise on fetlock stretches with Monique Craig, founder of the Epona-Institute. This quick and easy stretch for the hind limb can be done before or after riding and will benefit any horse no matter the breed or discipline. This helps stretch the important tendons attached to the fetlock and lower limb. This stretch is especially beneficial for older, stiff horses or any equine athlete.

The horse in this video is a 22 year old Arabian mare named Ra, who completed the Pony Express Endurance Ride riding across several states piloted by Monica Bennet this past summer.
