i saw your tags on an artfight post and i wanted to let you know it just began yesterday and its an event that anyone can join at any time :o (cough aka gimme an excuse to draw ur ocs cough) --legit no pressure tho, some people dont like doing art fight or dont have the energy to and thats all still valid

I'm finally home so I could possibly get started on getting an account made. I MIGHT have just 2 characters for now. thinking abt Xizaya and Raizol for fantrolls, and then Tungsten and Tiwala for DND things

artfight is definitely go-at-your-own-pace. people will be super happy just getting art in general regardless of how finished it is. sketches? flat color? doesn't matter. you can even do traditional

hell, ive also been very slow on artfight this year and not having as much of a drive as i did last year, and thats still okay cuz its not about pushing out the art, its about having fun

so whatever you do or decide to go with, youre valid and there's no need to feel pressured. its just a fun little annual event

also i remember you mentioning on wanting to make refs; thats cool, but i also wanna make sure you know that you also dont have to do that. you can simply post whatever picture of the character, so also dont feel pressure to go above and beyond just to post a profile <3

this is a huge relief to hear, thanks SO much fevur ;; <33 i often forget how great it feels to get ANY art at all, no matter how far along in the process and no matter how detailed. idk why it hasnt really occurred to me that other people would feel that same way too, yknow?
