Fezzerk leads a gang of goblins at Blighted Village in Act One, tormenting an unfortunate deep gnome as part of the Rescue the Gnome quest. Depending on whether he is spared, he can make a minor appearance in Act Two.
vs.
Zanner Toobin is a Rock Gnome, first found in the Steel Watch Foundry in Act Three. If helping to save the kidnapped Gondians in the Iron Throne, he becomes an Attached Follower while progressing through the Foundry.

Confession: I don't get how everyone sees a goblin and goes "ahhh vile creatures". They are literally just critters, just little fun loving guys, they're the best ok? I bet that Fezzerk would tie a gnome to a windmill just to impress me. I would like to be wined and dined with roasted dwarf. I want my goblin bf to make a bard dance just to amuse me. Its hot and I'm tired of pretending its not.
Up one night, far too late, working on that Fezzerk fic I keep mentioning, and, well, one thing led to another and...
