Headcanon #10

Sandwich leads games of cards while everyone's on break at the restaurant.

What are they plying? I don't know. They change it up every so often, too, because that's the beauty of cards~

Sandwich loves teaching the others his favorite games, having people to play with, and being able to bond with the coworkers he's been serving alongside since his summoning.

Hawthorn Ball loves learning the ins and outs of the gameplay and strategy. She's catching on fast, but still approaches each game with wide-eyed enthusiasm. Similarly, Jiǔniàng is in the learning stages, though she's more reluctant to get into it. However, the shy yet deceptively-clever girl really blossoms as her skill, and in turn, confidence, grows.

Jello enjoys hanging out with work-friends, quickly becoming friend-friends, away from the pressures of an idol's life. Pudding plays too, as he fancies is his duty as her manager, but comes to find he genuinely enjoys playing, despite himself; it jives with his managerial, logical mentalscape.

Cheese is a good player, and she clearly has a lot of fun. Like, she's super theatric. Ah, yes, she sees your full house, but! Read it and weep!! Royal Flush!!! She and Takoyaki are similar, energy-wise, and often play off each other, but Takoyaki is far more into talking smack than the dramatic reveal.

Skewer is a cutthroat card-sharp, and unapologetically. She's here to win.

Ume Ochazuke spends half her time in Big Sister Mode, giving little tips to the littler or newer Food Souls as they're learning the ropes, and the other half playing like a shark, at players she sees as being able to take it, like Pudding and Skewer. Sometimes, with that sweet little grin, she's bend the rules, just to see if the others will catch her. Watching her is chaos. She's just having fun.

Rice doesn't play, really. She's fine watching, and ho boy is this a show.

Then, one day... Pancake comes in with three decks of Uno cards mixed together...

Yandere Skewer Headcanons.

“You will always be at my side so behave and do as your told or I’ll have to hurt you. And we BOTH know you don’t want that.”

* You weren’t Silent Snow and Skewer knew it, so why does she have to tell herself this when she finds herself staring at you a bit too long. Something that’s been happening more recently.

* At first, Skewer doesn’t know what these feelings and thoughts were all about. She found herself getting angry(well more then usual) and snapping at others for littler and littler offensives.  * The only exception of this was when she was around you. When she as working with you in the kitchen, or even when she was sharing some spicy food with you. A smile that stretched almost ear to ear adorns her face when ever it’s just you and her. She’s much more guarded when other food souls or humans are around however. * Why were all of her thoughts about you? Why did she find herself wanting to hold you in her arms? Why did she want to pepper your cheeks and neck with kisses? Why were the thoughts getting darker then that?  * Why was she reminded of the chains she used as a leash for Silent Snow whenever her fingers grazed along your neck and collar bone.  * She wants you to stay by her side, she wants you to spend your time with her and not those others who aren’t worth both of your time.  * Skewer doesn’t like it when others are bothering you, or in her eyes they are taking you away from her. She won’t allow that to happen. Those people forced her to give up the one thing that made her day brighter. Never again. She will never allow history to repeat.  * She’d kidnap you quickly, I’m thinking it’s when she shares a private meal with just the two of you. Drugging your drink with something to make you docile, something to make you tame.  * The chains won’t hurt you, but their bite is colder then the snow of winter. And they only seem to get colder with her anger. She doesn’t like it when you howl at her, barking at her for your freedom. You don’t need to be free. You need to be by, and to stay by her side. You will stay by her side.
