Tellah gaining the meteor spell on mount ordeals after Cecil's trial, at the same time he becomes paladin is kind of a comedic timing if you think about it Like The trial : Cecil, do not drown in mindless violence. Let go of your dark power. You have to use your new powers to protect and not attack your doppelganger Cecil: ok i...i get it i think. I will not follow the path of self destruction and re-think how i protect others. Tellah: Hell yeah i just learned meteor! Now i can follow the path of self destructive vengeance!
(Tellah is an interesting parallel to Cecil imo, and his place in the story is thematically interesting, i just find the timing kind of funny)
