Theseus is perfect except WHY WASNT HE RIDER

LIKE IM HAPPY I HAVE 3 ARGONAUT SABERS NOW FOR A PROPER CLASS ALIGNED TEAM, AND I KNOW MY IDEA FOR ASSASSIN WOULD. NEVER HAPPEN, BUT ALSO A PROPER ARGONAUT RIDER WAS BOTH ENTIRELY EXPECTED AND VERY MUCH NEEDED

Imagine Theseus becoming upset when meeting Dionel, despite the fact that the latter and Dionysus are completely different people. (I play the Jp version, so my apologies for using a character that has yet to appear in the En version.)

I can't really weigh in on Theseus' opinion, since I'm playing the English release of the game, but I was actually just discussing Dionel and his connection to Dionysus with a mutual the other day.

And honestly, I feel like Dionel would probably do his best to be diplomatic, despite the misunderstanding. Like from his behaviour in-game and and his affinity tales, it's pretty clear that he's like the chillest guy ever. Though it might be necessary for Merlin/Ritsuka to intervene if things get out of hand.

The first one yeah obviously, as for the others you answered your own question as to why the confusion: he’s a saber and while lancer and archer have never specifically been about the weapon, Saber class has always been pretty specific to wielding a sword. Clubs meanwhile are already specifically associated with Riders, Assassins, and Berserkers.
