Where Stiles and Derek get bonded before Stiles goes to College and Stiles goes around telling everyone 'in the know' that they're Werewolf Married. And Derek's always saying, "that's not a thing Stiles" and "no one calls it that Stiles". Over and over again, for months. It becomes a thing.
Then one day, like a year later or so, Derek surprises Stiles at college, tracks him down on campus and overhears Stiles saying he's "practically married", and he's being referred to as a boyfriend and not a mate or a Werewolf husband. And that doesn't sit quite right with him because Stiles has said the word Married so many times that Derek forgets that they aren't. Not in the eyes of normals and not in the eyes of the law. And that's when Derek decides that it's about time he asks this loveable idiot to actually marry him for real.
(It takes 10 minutes for Stiles to realise that Derek's talking about being actual Husbands, once his brain gets over the whole "But we're already Werewolf married" issue)
I don’t know if I should attempt it, or look for someone taking requests, ‘cuz god do I wanna write it, but also I wanna see what someone else does with it.
Ok. It’s not, like, THAT, unique, you know? In fact, it’s pretty much an “inspired by a movie” fic. I need to get it off my chest.
So basically! Vigilante as the Invisible Man.
(rated Mature below cut, for implied smut + serious stalker behavior from Adrian)
(also, shit, I did not mean to write that much 😅)
Vig is already stalking Reader. I’m talking he knows their schedule better than them, breaks into their home when they’re not there and steals their clothes and stuff like that. THEN the team gets a mission to take out the man originally responsible for creating the Invisibility tech, ‘cuz he’s about to sell that shit and the government does not want that. So the team succeeds but doesn’t realize there’s a second device, only Vig notices and he secretly takes it.
He tests it out while on patrol but he doesn’t like it for vigilante stuff, killing an unsuspecting person just isn’t as satisfying. But before he tells the others and turns it over, he comes up with a better use for it!
He uses the invisibility tech to sneak into Reader’s house while they’re home, something he’s never done before! He sits with them while they watch tv, eat dinner. 100% sneaks into the bathroom while they’re taking a shower, but the steam from the shower makes the tech glitch a bit so he quickly exits that and knows better now.
Over the next few weeks, he gets bolder and bolder and by spending time physically near Reader, his mind starts to conflate that as an actual relationship. He even kills the random hook up Reader had out of jealously and to make sure they don’t go back to that guy as a regular booty call. NOW he has to get the image of someone else touching Reader and replace it with him touching them!
So he starts to touch them first while they’re asleep. Gentle strokes of their hair, barely grazing their clothes before he moves onto more intimate touching. And after a few days Reader is going crazy (maybe mad horny too), and is wondering if their dreams are just suddenly very hyper realistic or if they’re being haunted by horny and pervy ghost.
Then he even starts to touch them while they’re awake! Just gently brushing against them while they’re walking around the house, he stands behind them while they’re cooking and smells their hair and breathes on their neck.
Now Reader definitely thinks they’re going crazy, because they’re definitely alone and even when they check their security cameras (only pointed at the front door and back door), there’s no way anyone has broken in.
At this point, Adrian needs more, he even goes so far as to grope them while they’re asleep! Which wakes them up and they flail around, looking for what touched them, and manages to hit him once. Then they rush to turn on the light and look for what they touched, but he rolls under the bed and keeps quiet long enough for them to convince themselves that it must have just been their imagination.
Reader starts leaving sand by doors and around their bed, thinking if someone is in their house, then they’d leave footprints! But since Adrian sees them do this, he’s always in the room with them when they put down their little lines.
One day, Reader walks into Fennel Fields while he’s working and when they act like they don’t know him (they don’t, Adrian!), it shocks him back into reality for a second. But he regains his composure and starts talking to them, and since he knows everything about them, he easily steers the conversation to one in which Reader is interested in. He actually manages to get their number and a date!
On the date, again Adrian seems pretty much perfect to Reader, and at the end of the date they ask to go to his place. He agrees and post sex their just talking and mention that they think there’s a ghost at their place. Adrian listens to them recount everything that’s happened and realizes he’s been scaring them the whole time! So he offers to let them stay at his place whenever they want (and waggles his eyebrows to suggest more sexy times whenever they want too), so that they feel better/safer than at home.
It works! Eventually Reader moves in with Adrian, and since no more ghost stuff happens, assumes that their old place really WAS haunted!
And now Adrain is in a perfect relationship! He still keeps the invisibility tech, just in case he needs to follow them for some reason though...which they accidently stumble across some time later and as they stare at a mirror, to see they give no reflection, it suddenly dawns on them...
Hi so on the topic of "fics I want to exist but don't have the spoons to write myself": some sort of future post s4 fic where Lisa and drac come back to see Adrian and everyone is super tense because they're expecting drac to blow his top over his son dating the Belmont and the magician that helped kill him. And he's not super happy about it until he sees all the really obvious bite scars all over Sypha's and Trevor's necks and his entire demeanor changes, because among vampires, having a mortal feed you willingly and repeatedly is seen as such an incredibly devoted act, and that long term arrangement is regarded more highly than human marriage. And he cannot HELP but respect that.
So anyway he acts way chiller than everyone expects and even tells them that they absolutely did the right thing killing him because he was insane and doing terrible things, and he bears them no ill will for it, and initially it's just politics and politeness to his son's obvious soulmates but eventually it becomes true and they actually become... okay with each other?
And Trevor and dracula kind of... Become drinking buddies? Competitively. Like you do, with your father-in-law. Dracula always wins. Sypha goes to him for help with complicated spells, sometimes. Alucard has his family back. Dracula never ends up in his hate-fueled resurrection cycle, losing more of himself every time he comes back. The countryside forgets. The Belmonts never forget, not exactly, but they offer clemency for as long as his civility holds. There's a hundred years of peace, at least. Maybe more.
All because Trevor and Sypha never bothered to cover up or hide the proof of what Alucard was to them.
Headcanon I have and who would I want to write it.
For starters I just like to say I was writing this whole thing out and I was like three forths the way there and before I could press save and I accidentally pressed x-out thinking it was saved in my drafts and obviously it didn’t so I lost everything so now to speed things up I’m using my mic and speaking into my phone so if things are grammatically incorrect that’s why, I apologize. here’s my response:
I don’t really have any head cannons on the top my head but I do have a lot of unwritten fics like Cat Grant visiting Lena on the spaceship and it’s right before the crisis and she’s all like boo-hoo you find out she’s Supergirl oh that’s tough luck and essentially gives Lena a real good talk. (That’s one of my headcanon actually! Cat Grant is secretly a bit of a mother figure for Lena) anyways I digress here’s my newest:
So I was watching an SNL skit about this it’s a game show and the host would have the guests name people that were pretty well known like Chrissy Teagan; and they get like 20 bucks for it but then they would they would show people that they think the guest wouldn’t know like their doorman that’s been holding the door for this person for the past four years or the maid that cleans up the office of this person for the past two years; and usually they even have that person come in person as a walk on clue.
Do you know who I would love to see on that game show? Cat Grant because think about it they would think ohh, the queen of all media surely she would know a lot of famous people but she wouldn’t really know her coworkers well, in plus the fact sources say that she always calls people the wrong name; it might lead them to think like ‘oh she won’t know this person’
I would like her to be on the show and at first it would have a celebrity show up on the screen like Lena Luthor and she would be like ‘oh that’s Lena Luthor’, and then they’ll be like ‘OK yeah; that was a bit too easy, time for your walk on clue’ and then on the stage comes Winn, and he would be all like I’ve been your tech boy for like three years miss Grant and you never call me the right name, what is my name?”
And of course Cat would just look at him laugh and be like ‘you really do take me some for a fool? Your names Winn.”
Cue the host to be like ‘oh my god I thought you said that she didn’t know names?’ And some side guy shrug or whatever. So laughing nervously the host continues ‘all right here’s your next walk in clue. She’s been your assistant for the past five years or whatever, what is her name?’
And in walks: Kara.
Kara secretly smiling to herself because she knows Cat knows her name, speaks up,
“You constantly call me by the wrong name. What is it?”
Of course, Cat, after a long internal battle with herself, begrudgingly gets it right.
Of course she wins the rest of the game causing the host to be grumpy and audience surprised but it shows a different side of the Queen of Media. She might seem indifferent like a cat; but also like a cat, she does care. She just sometimes has an odd way of showing it.
Of course Kara meets Cat afterwards with a sneaky smile and Cat immediately speaks up,
“Don’t expect me to be calling you Kara now Keira. I’m very much already stuck in my ways.” And of course Kara shakes her head.
“No, no, I was just gonna comment; that it’s true and I’m glad the people can see it! Despite how you may come across to people; you really do care Miss Grant!”
Cat merely shrugs in response before smirking,
“You know, Keira, when asked what your name was... I could’ve just said Supergirl.” Before walking off like she does leaving Kara with a stunned expression on her face.
Honestly Otis highkey deserves more love and credit. Dude’s instincts are great; he noticed Rice was ducking (and got yelled at about it repeatedly) and caught the not-firefighter from not-Detroit in the lie (and got cold-cocked for it). He came back from a bullet in the neck. And all he gets are lousy ITP/rehab/PTSD storylines that are NEVER revisited upon, even though all those things could have potentially long-lasting, or at the very least reference-able, implications. I guess I’d be okay with everything as is if they actually kept consistent storylines and development with him, rather than just do something to him and then send him back to being comic relief after 2 episodes.
I just have to say, the photo of Maxence in a suit always gave me major secret agent vibes and after seeing Axel in a suit, I want some Spy AU fic for Elu or something resembling the premise of Mr. & Mrs. Smith. I need it so badly.
