2021, fixing broken promises

I had a goal of writing at least three stories last 2020. 

I did manage to write four drafts. Two of which I did manage to make it to ten chapters. One of which (Sweet Lies) I managed to start posting online. 

But then I got sick, like I told you in my post last September. 

And my old laptop finally sizzled into non-existence while I was transferring files into my new one and with it, the rest of the Sweet Lies chapters. (/ToT)/ ~┻┻

I know. I’m an idiot for not uploading my stuff on cloud storage. Which I am doing now. 

It’s been a roller coaster year and I’ve been dealing with a lot of personal stuff. Finances had taken a hit due to the pandemic that’s why I’m really thankful for all the people who bought coins and read The Bully series on Dreame. My income from there really helped my family a lot. Thank you so much, guys!

I’ve also started posting a new story on Wattpad entitled See You Again. I try to update every Friday but for the past weeks, because I’ve been real busy buying gifts for family, decorating and preparing, I’ve failed to upload. Sorry about that. 

So... fixing broken promises. 

The three stories... I’m down to two since I’ve got SYA ongoing. I already have a new planned story for my next, which has been stuck in my head for weeks. And as for the one-shots... I’m definitely going to work on them and upload them as soon as I can. 

I’m not that active on social media either. Both in my writing and personal accounts actually. I’m really sorry if I don’t reply as quickly as you hoped I would. m(_ _;m) I’ll try to be more active this year.

Has anyone on here heard of Dreame.com or FicFun? They contacted me through FFN saying they enjoyed my work and are interested in taking me on as a paid writer (not fanfiction, my own work). I’ve read that they are legit (from the it of research I’ve done) but also they aren’t the greatest to their authors and don’t give them the credit---and what not, they deserve. If you have any information, please reach out to me because I am not sure whether or not to consider pursuing this. Thanks!

They reached out to me about publishing one of my books on their website, but from what I understand they mostly just give you a little bit of money to own the copyright of your book. Is that right?

2020, new year, new life, new stories

I know it's been a while, a long while, since my last post. I told you guys that I was getting married and I did. Last December 18, 2019.

I'm a married woman now, guys. (o^▽^o)

Marriage preparations really stressed me out. I was pretty hands-on doing DIY decors and other stuffs as I did not have a big budget and we want to save money. I'm just so happy it's over. Me and my husband both. (￣▽￣*)ゞ

Since the conclusion of Loving a Bully, the last book of The Bully series, I haven't written anything because I was too busy. And everytime I tried to get my creative juices flowing, I found myself getting stuck in the tar pit of writer's block. (╥_╥) It was really frustrating. So I gave up and told myself I'd start writing again in 2020. So here I am.

I am still stuck in a writer's block but I managed to get past it a little. I started to write something but did not manage to continue because my rusty brain wasn’t ready to write that genre yet. I started another plot but still, the genre was too close to the first so I gave up.

Now I'm writing fluff. Just to get back on track. And fluff is easier to write. And enjoyable.

I'll post the blurb soon. (≧◡≦) ♡

Then I'll work on the first story that I had started. And on to the next one. My plan is to finish at least three stories this year, not all necessarily long novels. Last year, I had been planning to write a spin-off series after the conclusion of The Bully series. I'll try to get right on it if I can.  

Anyway, thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for reading my stories and following me. And I know I've disappointed you lot because I moved The Bully series to Dreame but this time, all my new stories won't be. I'll tell you more later about this when I finish the first 2020 story.

Thanks for still waiting for me, guys! And I know most of you are requesting one-shots of The School Bully and I'll definitely try writing them.

Some are one-shots, most are long stories. And just looking at this list, I’m a bit overwhelmed by how many I’ve already written, by how many sleepless nights I had while writing chapters after chapters and by how passionate I am about writing until now, even with a demanding, full-time job. 

Reading nice and constructive comments made me feel great. But now that I’m starting to earn because of this hobby, without even working that hard to promote my works, I feel quite fortunate. Because how many people can make money from a hobby? Many thanks to FicFun and Dreame for giving me that opportunity. 

This 2019, I am quite pumped to write more. (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧

After The Bully Series, I’m planning to write a spin-off series. And I plan to finish my hiatus projects soon too. Those will all be done in between finally completing my Master’s degree and preparing for marriage. 

Yup. He put a ring on it when we went to Japan last September. (⁄ ⁄^⁄ᗨ⁄^⁄ ⁄)

Thanks to everyone who believed in me and supported me! I definitely wouldn’t have gone this far without you. Thank you so much! 

I know it’s a bit to late to say this but Happy New Year, everyone!

Loving a Bully - coming soon

Book 4 of The Bully series: 

Proud yet vulnerable April Locke only wishes to be free from a father who forced her to endure and live a nightmare all her life. Her savior comes in the form of the man whose love she had cruelly rejected not once but twice. She's still having none of him. Unfortunately, he's having none of her rejections anymore and pledged to protect her with his life. But how can she let herself love him when she knows of a secret that will still make her lose him in the end?

No definite schedule for this book but it will come out sometime October or November 2018. Still working with my editor about the details.
