Lots of meat on this one, so I'll leave you to any cut of your choosing. Recipe would be appreciated. Thank you.
Ahaa. A fan of the cold or not, I can assure you that this is quite the beast you wish to cook up! Allow me.
For this recipe we'll be preparing a meal of several dishes, starting with the central piece, the eyeball. By itself, such an eye COULD be consumed, though it is very pressing on one's mental state, thus I suggest a boiling before mincing, served as an appetizer before the main course.
As per the aforementioned "Main Course", we'll be gathering primarily the central body, sever the limbs and remove of hair. Set some to the side assuming you desire a trophy with this dish, (which I shall elaborate on shortly) cut up the central body into however many segments, I'd advise around 25 as that is the average serving of the torso alone. Cook the meat into various dishes, I suggest steaks. Seasoning and coverings of your choice are advised, I suggest salt and any sauce. This tends to drown out the taste of the (naturally) poorly tasting meat.
Finally, the limbs. For the arms, sever each individual finger and either fry, boil, or bake such a dish into what you may think fits. The arm tends to be a great side dish if sliced properly and cooked into similar steaks as the torso.
The legs are more simple, as the hooves can actually be dined upon after a quick session of boiling with zero issue. Similar with the arms, the legs themselves can be utilized as some extra side dishes.
Assuming you're adventurous, the brain is actually quite appetizing and could be utilized as a topper for some of the meat, and the tongue could be fried.
As per the aforementioned trophy, despite not being my exact expertise, a head mantle hanging the antlers and some of the tufts of fur in the center might make a nice ballroom decoration.
Thank you for the ask, I hope you enjoy your meal.
